Progressive, AAHA accredited small animal hospital located in Hollywood, Maryland has an opening for a Veterinarian licensed in, or eligible for licensing in, the state of Maryland. The ideal candidate should be outgoing with good communication skills and comfortable dealing with clients in a variety of situations. The candidate will work full or part-time with a team of professional, highly skilled Veterinarians and support personnel in a modern hospital environment.
The hospital employs numerous support staff including front office personnel, veterinary technicians, and veterinary assistants to help with doctor efficiency and client needs, while two veterinary emergency centers in the area provide critical care and emergency coverage as needed. After hours care is limited and usually involves phone advice only. The hospital has an excellent reputation in the local area with an emphasis on strong staff development and long-term employment.
