Snohomish Station Animal Hospital in Snohomish, Washington is seeking an experienced Practice Manager to join the leadership team at our growing small animal, exotic and avian veterinary practice.
Working in cooperation with the managing partner, thePractice Manager performs a wide range of administrative duties to include mentoring and managing staff, overseeing business operations, balance the daily accounting needs and verifying bank deposits, ensuring compliance, inventory control, Ultimate Care Plan (Patient Wellness Plan) management and oversight, staff scheduling, social media maintenance, maintaining quality of patient care and client services, and is responsible for the day-to-day profitable operation of the practice. This position will also require the candidate to work on the floor in a reception or technician capacity.

The role seeks a leader with excellent interpersonal communication, and organizational skills. The ideal candidate must be flexible and have the ability to work independently in order to handle multiple tasks, make decisions, delegate responsibility, and achieve results.
This position is a full time, non-exempt hourly position. Scheduled hours will include evenings and weekends. The standard work week will be 40 hours per week. There will be times in which hours may exceed 40 hours/week. This position is paid twice monthly.

A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in veterinary practice experience is required. Prefer Washington certified/licensed veterinary technician, certified veterinary practice manager (CVPM) or similar degree; or extensive veterinary experience coupled with leadership qualities. Knowledge of sales and marketing techniques and financial budget management experience is desired. Experience using a multi-line phone system and Avimark Veterinary Software greatly preferred!
