Full-Time Veterinarian: Mt. Nittany Veterinary Hospital (MNVH) is looking for a full-time clinician to augment its team. Whether you’re a new graduate or a seasoned practitioner, your excellent interpersonal skills, innovative approach to veterinary medicine, and dedication to providing the best possible care to your patients and clients is what we’re looking for in a new team member.
Here’s what you’ll enjoy about MNVH: It’s a thriving three-doctor small animal practice with an experienced support staff, high-quality technology and diagnostic equipment, and a regional emergency service that covers all after-hours emergencies.
An overview of the Practice:
•Strong emphasis on Fear Free skills and certification for all staff. •We offer Veterinary Acupuncture and Spinal Manipulation Therapy. We’re always looking for ways to grow and to expand our capabilities and services. •Four exam rooms. •Large treatment room that incorporates our wet tables, prep areas, and patient housing. •Dedicated radiology and surgical suites. •We’re equipped with a complete IDEXX in-house laboratory, digital radiography/digital dental radiography and ultrasound. •Our practice utilizes AVImark practice management software to function “paper-lite” as much as possible. •Hours of operation are Monday through Thursday from 7:30 am to 7:00 pm, Friday from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, and Saturday morning from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm.
Here’s what you’ll love about the location: We’re in the middle of a lively college town with a low cost of living, low taxes and great schools. It’s the best of all worlds because Penn State draws big-city diversity and cultural offerings while being just moments away from an array of outdoor activities in a beautiful mountainous setting.
MNVH will make this easy for you: We offer a generous sign-on bonus and will consider additional money for relocation expenses. We also have excellent referrals throughout the community to assist you with your transition to the State College area.
We thank you for considering our opportunity, we hope to hear from you! Send or email your letter of interest and CV to:
