Great Falls Animal Hospital is looking for a dynamic individual for a Full Time or Part Time position of Associate Veterinarian to become an integral member of our healthcare team. Our emphasis is on high quality care for our patients and compassionate communication with our clients. We believe in presenting our clients with all treatment options and helping them make informed decisions based on medical facts. We consider alternative treatment plans in cases with financial constraints, always sensitive to the emotional needs of the clients. Our ideal candidate understands that practicing outstanding medicine is the key to the continuing the growth of our hospital. We are looking for a doctor with strong medical, surgical and dental skills plus the ability to work with our team in the evaluation of new products, the implementation of new medical and surgical procedures, the development of new strategies, and creation of a positive work environment. Great Falls Animal Hospital believes in the idea of teamwork. The ideal candidate will oversee our veterinary technicians and assist with developing training programs for them to improve their job skills. He/she will also be communicative and accessible to the Client Care Team and other supporting staff at the hospital, while also being a role model to them on how to communicate effectively to establish long-lasting professional relationships. It is important for the candidate to be an ambassador for the hospital by sharing our overall goals and by promoting the hospital amongst the community, professional organizations, and beyond. Qualifications: · D.V.M. or V.M.D., licensed to practice in the State of Virginia · Strong diagnostic, surgical, and dental skills
