This position is aimed at licensed veterinarians interested in mobile house calls focused on palliative care, hospice, and euthanasia services. Our veterinarians exude compassion, are confident in their skills, and are able to work independently. We invite those with a passion to help companion animals and their family with end-of life needs to apply. Full-time or part-time positions open for consideration.

Requirements: Although 2-3 years of small animal experience is preferred we will consider any experience level. Applicants must have the ability to work independently and to be able to travel solo around Northern Colorado and occasionally into the foothills/mountains and eastern plains. It is preferred that all applicants have an SUV or similar type of vehicle for body transport that can accommodate a 4’ stretcher (4-wheel drive/All wheel drive encouraged). All applicants must have the ability to lift at least 50 lbs. alone, and 150 lbs. or more with assistance from another person (animals may weigh up to 200 + lbs.). Some positions require the ability to work a 24-hour shift (evenings, weekends and overnight shifts) All applicants must maintain current Colorado Veterinary License and desire to be a part of an organization which values enthusiasm & team participation.

Currently we are hiring for a full to part time position in our south territory which includes the Boulder, Longmont and surrounding areas. We are also looking for part time/relief work in our north territory, which includes Ft. Collins and the surrounding areas.

NOTES:

2 openings.

Additional Salary Information: Associates may obtain after hours pay for working emergency hours (9 pm-9 am and selected holidays).
