Southern Regional Veterinary Emergency Services is looking for someone who desires to make a difference in veterinary medicine. There are pets who need support all hours of the day and night and our emergency practice is looking for a Compassionate, Skilled, and Service-oriented veterinarian who is willing to meet the needs of the Wiregrass region. This position requires working nights weekends and holidays but by utilizing a compressed schedule, individuals will be able to enjoy a healthy work-life balance. We have adequate veterinary support in the area and have a boarded surgeon and surgical intern who are willing to provide mentorship and assist with professional development.

Be able to lift 40lbs and stand for long periods of time. Veterinarians are expected to assist in technician development and training. Positive attitude and a service-oriented approach to veterinary medicine. Willing to work some of the holidays in rotation with other veterinarians. Must be able to effectively communicate patient needs to the client to ensure clients are well informed of all options available.
Additional Salary Information: ** Signing bonus available for those who sign contract and commit to work full time for a minimum of 18 months.
