Part-time veterinarian wanted primarily for weekend help for progressive small animal practice located in College Station, TX. Wellborn Road Veterinary Medical Center is well equipped with ultrasound, digital and dental x-ray, in-house IDEXX lab, endoscopy, an isolation room, and a well-stocked pharmacy. We are interested in candidates that enjoy working in a busy practice, have a solid medical foundation, are willing to take on challenging veterinary cases and have good surgical skills with routine surgeries. Candidates would work one to two days a week, and rotate weekends and on-call duties with 5 other doctors. Generally working two out of every five weekends.  Our five doctors support each other, collaborate daily, and work hard as a team to handle regular referrals of complex cases from other clinics, as well as routine veterinary medicine. This position is ideal for someone who seeks exposure to challenging cases but can appreciate the support of a team and sharing the burden.
