Chapin Veterinary Hospital (CVH) is seeking an associate Veterinarian to join our small animal practice located in Chapin, South Carolina. CVH opened in September 2018 under the ownership of Dr Jamie Parnell and we are currently in the process of becoming AAHA accredited. We are a busy, small animal practice in the heart of South Carolina that is a great place to live with golfing, lake access, hiking trails, watersports, and numerous other outdoor activities. We are committed to helping achieve a work-life balance and are a day practice only with no after hours emergency care offered. With a generous base salary based on experience plus production bonuses, and substantial CE allowance to encourage personal development, we are offering an excellent compensation package. We also will offer limited weekends with full time position to be 1 Saturday a month from 8-12. In a newly remodeled modern facility with premium diagnostic equipment (digital x-ray, tonovet, ECG, full surgical equipment monitoring, and in-house lab analyzers including an IDEXX Sedivue) there is ample opportunity for diagnostics and furthering of your skill set. CVH benefits include health insurance, CE allowance and for professional dues and liability insurance.
New associate would be required to see appointment based patients ranging from kitten/puppy to geriatric and everything between. We see routine wellness and numerous medicine/sick cases. We are willing to train and build up the right person for the job. Would prefer someone that is skilled or at least willing to learn surgery.
