We are a friendly, professional small animal hospital located in the heart of Broward (Davie, Florida) looking for the right person who loves cats and dogs and who is passionate about the practice of veterinary medicine! We want you to enjoy being a veterinarian and provide all that you'll need to achieve that goal—a multi-doctor collaborative clinic culture, experienced support staff, in-house diagnostics, digital radiology, in-house ultrasound, dental X-ray, and more. Mobile surgeons and 24 hour/specialty referral care are just a phone call away. New and recent graduates are offered formal mentorship. Our clients are diverse, coming from all walks of life, and we enjoy the challenge of meeting their needs. Our patients include dogs, cats, rabbits, pocket pets, reptiles, and birds (but seeing pocket pets and exotics is not a requirement for this position). At Nova we are not confined by corporate limitations and we pride ourselves on our scope of practice, offering full treatment options to our clients and helping them to make the best decisions for their pets. Routine wellness care is complemented by full work-ups and advanced surgeries. Our doctors have an excellent work/life balance- a regular schedule with no late hours, no on-call, no emergencies, rotating Saturdays off, Sundays closed. You will always be scheduled with another doctor and your cases will be covered when you are out. The compensation package is competitive!!
