Come join our privately owned small animal practice in south Texas. We have a four-day work week and no on-call work. We are currently looking for a companion animal associate to join our amazing team. We welcome new graduates and enjoy mentoring. Ownership potential exists as well as earned equity.
Located in the Rio Grande Valley, San Benito, Texas has a small town feel but near big city amenities as well as the beach. This area offers year-round outdoor activities, including beachgoing, hunting and fishing. We are just a short drive to San Antonio and Corpus Christi.
We have a loyal clientele and experienced knowledgeable, and friendly staff. We are a full-service practice that offers surgeries, digital radiography, in-house lab work and urine testing, as well as up to date medicine and surgical procedures.
Offering $150k per year for a 2 year contract ($140k plus $10k bonus per year) plus benefits such as: Health and Liability insurance, association dues, yearly CE allowance, and 401k with employer contributions as well. There is also an opportunity for the right associate to earn accrued equity in the clinic as well as buy-in potential.

Must be able to perform standard surgeries, handle medical cases, and have a valid Texas veterinary license in good standing.
