Qualities we are looking for in an associate:
- experienced veterinarian with strong soft tissue surgery skills,
-passionate about veterinary medicine,
-ability to connect with and be compassionate to clients, pets, and staff,
-good time management and decision-making skills,
-team player and flexible,
-good sense of humor.
Compensation: $170-225K guaranteed base (depending on experience) plus 22% production,
-full medical including vision and dental,
-401K within 30 days of employment,
-$5K for relocation expenses,
-continuing medical education stipend of $2500 and time off,
-association memberships, license fees: DVM and USDA,
-2 weeks paid time off, 7 national holidays off.
