PETS Referral Center in Berkeley, CA, is seeking an Emergency Veterinarian to join our growing team! We are a 24-hr specialty and emergency hospital that sees over 10,000 emergency cases per year.

We are interested in speaking with internship or residency trained and/or experienced ER DVMs.

We have a busy case-load and an enthusiastic team of veterinarians and paraprofessionals. We also provide learning opportunities for veterinary students and Cal Berkeley pre-vets and periodically host veterinary student externs.

Schedule: Swing Shifts 12P-12A or 10P-10A. Overnights 6P-8A. Typically only 10-12 shifts per month to ensure you have a healthy balance! 

Generous Compensation!  Work only 12 shifts per month (3-4 days/week) and earn a GREAT salary!  Our doctors earn an average of >$190,000/year + benefits + additional surgery call-in incentives! On top of this, we can offer a $20,000 sign-on bonus and assist you with relocation if needed. 

Specialties: In addition to our 24/7 emergency service, we have in-house specialists, including Endoscopy, Internal Medicine, Oncology, Ophthalmology, Hospice/Palliative Care, Radiology and Surgery.
