The University of Florida (UF) College of Veterinary Medicine (CVM) announces a search for an Assistant Dean of Small Animal Hospitals (ADSAH).  The Assistant Dean position will be a 1.0 FTE with 75-80% administrative duties and 20-25% academic assignments (teaching, research, service). The ADSAH provides leadership, administers oversight of the medical care of patients, and guides the Small Animal Hospitals (SAH) in the strategic and operational aspects of clinical services.  The ADSAH oversees the functions performed by clinicians (faculty and house officers) in the provision of veterinary care in the UFVH (Small Animal Hospital – Gainesville, UF Pet Emergency and Treatment Services (UFPETS) – Ocala, and Small Animal Hospital at the World Equestrian Center (SAH WEC) – Ocala) consisten
