Who we are:

Eastern Pennsylvania Veterinary Medical Center (EPVMC) is a 24/7 Small Animal Emergency and Specialty Referral Hospital located in the Lehigh Valley and serving the surrounding Eastern Pennsylvania veterinary community. We are an independent practice seeking EMERGENCY VETERINARIANS to join our expanding team! We are committed to delivering high quality medicine in an environment that fosters teamwork, collaboration and fun! We have a well-established emergency and critical care service located in our 20,000 sq. ft. hospital equipped with 7 oxygen cages, complete in-house laboratory including digital cytology, digital radiography, 6 surgery suites, 64-slice GE Lightspeed CT, 1.5T GE MRI, GE OEC C-Arm, and two isolation suites. Our current specialties include: anesthesia, critical care, emergency, internal medicine, neurology, ophthalmology, and surgery.

Our emergency veterinarians perform standard emergency surgeries. For veterinarians interested in learning/expanding their surgical skills, we offer a surgical training program overseen by our board-certified surgeon.

We place a premium on teamwork, work-life balance, effective communication, appropriate compensation and excellent patient care. We have a full, strong support staff of emergency nurses with very low turnover. As a doctor at EPVMC, your nursing staff will support you so you can focus on your medicine and using your time appropriately.
