Alton Main Animal Hospital Veterinary Center, based in Santa Ana, California, is actively recruiting a full-time Veterinarian to join our dynamic three-doctor practice. Dedicated to delivering state-of-the-art veterinary care, we operate Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays.
Compensation includes a competitive base salary ranging from $130,000 to $200,000, coupled with a production bonus. A sign-on bonus is also available. We are specifically seeking an individual with a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree and a valid State Veterinary Board License in good standing.
The ideal candidate will exhibit a commitment to providing high-level veterinary care, staying abreast of the latest diagnostic advancements. A strong client service mindset is crucial, with an emphasis on building and retaining a robust client base. The successful candidate will also demonstrate enthusiasm for community engagement, championing our practice's values, and inspiring others.
Responsibilities encompass adhering to established policies and procedures, efficiently managing caseloads, and maintaining accurate records using SOAP templates. Prioritizing timely care for traumatic injuries and serious illnesses is paramount. Additionally, the candidate will play a pivotal role in promoting preventive care education, including vaccinations, heartworm treatments, flea and tick prevention, and more.
