Your Responsibilities
Joint veterinary leadership of Pegasus Equine Clinic
Focus on orthopaedic diagnostics and treatment, with particular emphasis on orthopaedic surgery
Outpatient, mobile and inpatient care of our equine patients
Continuous medical and strategic development of the clinic
Management of the in-house pharmacy
Commercial co-management of the equine clinic
Duty rota and staffing coordination
Collaboration with partner practices and exchange at international group level
Active support and development of training and continuing education programmes
Your Profile
Degree in Veterinary Medicine
Authorisation to practise as a veterinarian in Austria (Austrian degree, EU licence, approbation or nostrification)
Strong passion for orthopaedics and/or surgery with relevant clinical experience
Ideally recognised as a specialist veterinarian
Interest in advanced procedures such as CT, MRI, laser treatments, laryngeal or renal surgery
Entrepreneurial mindset and enthusiasm for shaping and further developing a successful clinic
Initial experience in team leadership or managerial responsibility
Ability to motivate others and provide clear guidance when needed
High level of initiative, organisational skills and sense of responsibility
Strong teamwork skills, empathy and communication ability
Sufficient German language skills and very good English skills (or a clear willingness to learn German)
