Practice Overview

Here at Animal Advocates Veterinary Hospital, our practice goals are to provide the most comprehensive uncompromised care for all our patients and to ensure clients receive impeccable communication regarding their pets. Our hospital is fully equipped with all the usual in-house labs, surgical suite, ultrasound, digital radiograph and dental radiography. We also work closely with various local board certified surgeons, radiologists and many other specialists to help care for our more critically ill patients. Our hospital family fosters a calm and relaxing environment in order to practice and deliver top-notch service and care. How You Will Continue To Help Us Build Our Practice

• Build and maintain client relationships
• Diagnose, treat and manage a wide variety of small animal cases
• Maintain a high level of client communication and patient care
• Guide and utilize our exceptional support staff
• Maintain a positive work environment and promote teamwork

Qualifications

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from an accredited program is required
• Be licensed or able to be licensed in the state of California
• General medicine experience required
• Other small and exotic animal experience or interests would be a bonus
• Surgical and dental experience preferred but not required
• Highly motivated, with a demonstrated passion for excellence and continuous learning
• Demonstrated commitment to ethics and integrity
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail

Animal Advocates Veterinary Hospital is located in Vallejo, California. Located in the San Francisco Bay Area, there is something for everyone to enjoy! From golf courses to Six Flag Discovery Kingdom, galleries to festivals, and even wine country, there are so many places to have fun at. Being a town built along the Napa River, people can experience boating, fishing, or reading a book by the water. Whether it is indoors or outdoors, there is something for everyone to do here in Vallejo!
