Veterinary Medical degree and licensing to practice in TN.   Surgical skills would be fantastic and an interest in surgery and desire to grow in confidence and surgical skills would be great, but not essential.   We do perform a lot of surgery from routine electives to fracture repairs utilizing plate rod fixations with SOP and VOI internal fixation plates to TTA's (both x-gen and MMP styles).  Just added "TightRope" to our options for cruciate repair and would love to add and "Ridge Stop" to our surgical offerings and are looking toward ultrasound after our new digital radiology equipment gets settled in.
