Ideal Qualifications:

• Licensed Texas State Veterinarian (active and clear)
• At least 2-5 years of experience
• Leadership experience a plus
• Experience in GP, soft tissue surgery, and/or orthopedic surgery
• High clinical standards - Committed to compassionate, exceptional veterinary care
• Dedicated to building a progressive and united culture
• Exceptional communication skills, energetic, organized, meticulous, and outgoing
• Enthusiastic about teaching leadership skills and mentoring staff
